Epiture Easytouch is a laser that painlessly alters the skin, allowing topically applied local anesthetics, such as LMX4, to work in just 5 minutes. It has FDA clearance and is currently being sold in the USA. The bad part is it costs $5,000 though bulk purchases bring the price down some.
